DIFC Court Practice Direction No. 2 of 2008

Citation

1. This Practice Direction will come into effect on the date of signature. It may be cited as Practice Direction 2 of 2008 — DIFC Court Forms and may be abbreviated to PD 2/2008.

 

Court forms

1. This Practice Direction prescribes the forms to be used in proceedings before the DIFC Court pursuant to paragraph 7 of the Rules of Court (Interim Arrangements) Order No.1 of 2005, and pursuant to Rule 5.1 of the RDC.

 

2. The forms attached hereto as Schedule 1 shall be used in proceedings before the DIFC Court. These forms replace the forms prescribed under paragraph 3 of DIFC Court Practice Direction No. 1 of 2005.

  7. DRA and all its affiliates shall provide a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan encompassing the locations within the scope of the ISMS.
  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
