REGISTRAR’S DIRECTION NO 2 OF 2008

Particulars of Claim—Clarification

If particulars of claim are not contained in or served with a claim form, inter alia, the claimant must serve particulars of claim within 28 days of the filing of an acknowledgement of service which indicates an intention to defend, as described in rule 7.31(2) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts. Rule 17.15(2) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts will be interpreted accordingly.

  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
