After considering the Claimant’s application and upon hearing submissions from Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant at the Case Management Conference on Monday 15 June:

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The Defendant pay the Claimant the sum of US$86,148.00 within 21 days.

 

2. The Defendant transfer US$100,000 worth of unencumbered shares in Rasmala Investment Holdings Limited to the Claimant (at a rate per share of US$3.2) within 21 days.

 

3. Costs reserved.
