CONSENT ORDER

THE AGREEMENT

The Claimant and the Defendant:

a) have agreed to Terms of Settlement; and

 

b) consent to the making of this Order.

BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant’s claim be discontinued, with no costs payable by either party to the other.

 

2. The Defendant’s application dated 20 August 2008 be withdrawn, with no costs payable by either party to the other.

 

3. The Claimant and the Defendant may both apply to the Court to enforce this Order.

  7. DRA and all its affiliates shall provide a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan encompassing the locations within the scope of the ISMS.
  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
