ORDER OF JUSTICE SIR JOHN CHADWICK
MADE ON 26 JANUARY 2010

UPON the petition of Orion Holdings Overseas Limited

AND UPON reading Shahab Haider’s application in writing to have his appointment as Liquidator of Orion Holdings Overseas Limited confirmed in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of the Order of Sir John Chadwick made on 11 January 2010

AND UPON reading the letters from the creditors of Orion Holdings Overseas Limited submitted by Shahab Haider

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Mr Shahab Haider of Sajjad Haider Chartered Accountants LLP be appointed Liquidator of Orion Holdings Overseas Limited pursuant to Article 50 of the DIFC Insolvency Law (No. 3 of 2009).

 

2. Shahab Haider’s appointment as Provisional Liquidator of Orion Holdings Overseas Limited shall cease.

  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
