CONSENT ORDER

THE AGREEMENT

The Claimant and the Third and Fourth Defendants have agreed that an amount of US$5,000 (Five Thousand US Dollars) should be paid within 14 days by the Third/Fourth Defendants to the Claimant, which amount represents the Third/Fourth Defendants’ liability for 50% of the Claimant’s legal costs of this claim up to and including 3 November 2009, pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Order of Justice Sir John Chadwick on 18 November 2009.

BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Third and Fourth Defendants to pay to the Claimant the sum of US$5,000 (Five Thousand US Dollars) by 17 February 2010.

  7. DRA and all its affiliates shall provide a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan encompassing the locations within the scope of the ISMS.
  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
