UPON reading the Application Notice dated 19 March (received by the Courts on 21 March 2010) filed on behalf of the Claimants.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

 

1. The period for service of the Claim Form on the Second Defendant under Rule 7.20(2) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts be extended by a further six months until 4pm on 7 October 2010; and

 

2. Costs in the case.
