CONSENT ORDER

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT:

1. The Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set out in the Schedule hereto it is ordered that all further proceedings in this claim be stayed except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.

 

2. The parties are at liberty to apply in order to carry out such terms into effect.

 

3. The Schedule to this Order is not to be disclosed without further order of the Court.

  7. DRA and all its affiliates shall provide a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan encompassing the locations within the scope of the ISMS.
  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
