This claim having been called on 26 May 2010 for a return hearing before the Honorable Judge Ali Al Madhani

 

UPON hearing the Claimant’s Application No. 41/2010 dated 6 May 2010 seeking a Court Order to keep the hearing, documents and submissions private ant not accessible to any non-party to the claim.

 

AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and counsel for the Defendants.

 

PURSUANT to an Order of this Court issued on the 9 May 2010.

 

PURSUANT to Article 35 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts

 

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

 

The Order issued on 9 May 2010 shall remain in effect until 4pm Thursday, 10 June 2010. Thereafter, any hearing and/or submissions shall be in public unless the Court orders otherwise.
