1. The application will be heard by the Deputy Chief Justice Sir Anthony Colman on 21 July 2010 at 2pm by video conference.

 

2. Either party may file and exchange further evidence by not later than 10am on 20 July 2010.

 

3. The Defendant’s Skeleton Argument must be sent to the Claimant’s counsel and delivered to the Court by 1pm on 20 July 2010 and the Claimant’s Skeleton Argument must be sent to the Defendant’s counsel and delivered to the Court by 4pm on 20 July 2010.
