REGISTRAR’S DIRECTION NO 3 OF 2010

Disclosure of Information in Insolvency Cases

Citation

This Registrar’s Direction will come into effect on the date of signature. It may be cited as Registrar’s Direction 3 of 2010 — Disclosure of Information in Insolvency Cases and may be abbreviated to RD 3/2010.

The Courts do not provide any information about insolvency proceedings unless and until a winding-up petition has been advertised. At that time, a copy of the petition may be obtained from the person who advertised it.

  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
