CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Parties agreeing terms on Application No. 77 / 2010

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1 The Defendant’s counterclaims for pre-termination losses (Defence & Counterclaim, paragraph 72) be stayed pending determination, or negotiated settlement, of the Defendant’s liability (if any) in relation to the claims being advanced by Arabtec.

 

2 The Defendant shall have liberty to apply.

 

3 Costs in the case.

  7. DRA and all its affiliates shall provide a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan encompassing the locations within the scope of the ISMS.
  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
