UPON reading the signed draft Consent Order agreed by the parties

 

IT IS ORDERED that:

 

1. The Defendant’s application dated 12 August 2010 for immediate Judgment is withdrawn.

 

2. The Claimant’s claim raised in the DIFC Courts on 14 March 2010 under case number CFI 007/2010 is withdrawn and dismissed.

 

3. There be no order as to costs.
