CONSENT ORDER

UPON the application of the parties.

AND to enable the parties to use their best endeavours to reach settlement in case number CFI/028/2011.

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT:

1. All further proceedings in this action to be stayed until 4 June 2012 when this stay shall be automatically lifted.
2. Liberty to the parties to apply to extend this stay by consent with the Claimant at the same time reporting to this Court by letter explaining the current status of the parties’ settlement endeavours.
3. Liberty to the Claimant to apply to lift this stay at any time by letter to the Court explaining the status of the parties’ settlement endeavours.
4. The costs of this application to be the Claimant’s costs in the case.
