AMENDED ORDER OF H.E. ALI AL MADHANI

UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Requests to Produce, received on 6 December 2012;

AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Objections to the Claimant’s Request to Produce, dated 14 November 2012;

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Response to the Defendant’s Objections, dated 18 November 2012;

AND PURSUANT to Articles 28.13 – 28.22 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant produce to the Claimant within 14 days:

a) All emails and correspondence to and from Mr Bryce in relation to (either prior to or after) his meeting with the Claimant Dr. Weir on 28 March 2011;
b) All emails, correspondence and notes concerning the draft variation to the Claimant’s contract sent to him on 5 April 2011.

 

2. The Courts reject the Claimant’s requests 1,4 & 5 for a lack of sufficient description regarding their relevance and materiality.

 

3. Costs in the case.

  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
