ORDER OF JUDICIAL OFFICER NASSIR ALNASSER

UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application Notice No. 004-2013/1 filed on 18 February 2013;

AND PURSUANT to the Rules of the DIFC Courts;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant be permitted to add Mr Nägeli as a Defendant and to serve the Amended Claim Form with a copy of the Court’s Order on Mr Nägeli and all other Defendants.

 

2. The Claimant’s request to serve un-translated Claim Forms on Defendants outside the DIFC, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates is rejected.

 

3. The Claimant’s request regarding service of the Claim Form by electronic communication and/or courier is rejected. Service should follow the provisions of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.

 

4. The cost of this application in the case.
