ORDER OF H.E. JUSTICE OMAR AL MUHAIRI 13 March 2013

UPON the Case Management Conference (“CMC”) Order on 19 February 2013 and to the Defendant’s oral submission at the CMC

AND UPON reading the parties written submission in respect of the permissibility of Claimants’ Additional Requests for Information (“ARFI”) and Part 19 Application

AND UPON the Direction Order issued by Justice Sir John Chadwick on 6 January 2013, and the Courts power to make this Order of its own motion

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimants in the consolidated claims are not permitted to file any further Requests for Information (ARFI) arising out of the pleadings filed to date.

 

2. The time for complying with paragraph 9 of the Order made by Justice Sir John Chadwick on 6 January 2013 is extended to 11 April 2013.

 

3. Costs in the case.

 

4. Liberty to apply.
