1. The Appellants’ Skeleton Argument filed and served late on 21 March 2013 be struck out.
2. The Appellants file and serve, by 4pm on Wednesday 3 April 2013, an amended Skeleton Argument in respect only of their permitted appeal of the Order issued on 10 January 2013.
3. The Costs of Application Notice CFI 030/2011/6 are Cost in the Case.
