IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Claimants shall file and serve their Closing submissions by 12pm on 4 June 2013.

 

2. The Defendant shall file and serve their Closing submissions by 12pm on 18 June 2013.

 

3. The Claimants shall file and serve any Reply Closing submissions by 12pm on 25 June 2013.
