IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

Witness Statements

1. The Defendant to file and the parties to exchange signed statements of witnesses of fact by 16 June 2013.

 

2. Any witness statement evidence in reply to be filed and served not later than 30 June 2013.

Trial Bundles

3. A Trial Bundle Index to be agreed between the parties by 16 June 2013.

 

4. Agreed Trial Bundles to be completed in accordance with Part 35 of the RDC and lodged with the Registry by no later than 3 pm on 30 June 2013.

Reading List

5. A single reading list approved by both parties’ legal representatives for trial is to be lodged with the Registry by no later than 2 days before the fixed trial date, together with an estimate of time required for reading.

 

Chronology

6. Parties to prepare a Chronology of significant events cross-referenced to significant documents, pleadings and witness statements to be agreed, insofar as possible, and to be filed 1 week before trial.

 

Skeleton Argument, Opening Statements

7. Skeleton Arguments and Opening Statements to be served on all other parties and lodged with the Registry — 2 days before the start of trial for the Claimant and 1 day before the start of trial for the Defendant.

 

Trial

8. The trial of this matter is to commence on 7 July 2013 and is listed for 2 days.

 

9. Costs in the case.
