UPON reading the submissions and evidences filed and recorded on the Courts file

AND UPON hearing the Claimant at the consultation held on 30 September 2013, the Defendant being absent although duly served by the amended Claim Form on 18 September 2013

AND PURSUANT to Part 53.26 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts “RDC”

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant shall pay the Claimant the sum of AED 200,000.
2. The Defendant shall pay the Claimant the court fees of this claim.
