The Claimant be granted an extension of time for serving the Claim Form and Particulars of Claim on the Defendant of a period of 4 months from the expiry of the period set out in the Court’s Order dated 5 June 2013 as provided for under Rule 7.21 of the Rules of the DIFC Court to 4 February 2013.
2. The costs of the application be costs in the case.
