UPON this claim having been called on Thursday 14 November 2013 for a hearing before H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi

AND UPON hearing the Appellant and the Respondent at the hearing

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Appellant shall pay the Respondent the sum of AED 6,065 with immediate effect.

 

2. The Appellant shall cancel the Respondent’s visa with immediate effect.

 

3. The paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Order above constitute full and final settlement of this claim.
