UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Appeal Notice and supporting documents dated 27 February 2014;

AND UPON reviewing the relevant documents in the case file;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. Leave to appeal against the Judgment of H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani dated 4 March 2014 is denied on the basis that the Court considers that the appeal would have a real prospect of success, pursuant to Rule 44.8(1) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.
2. The Appellant’s application for a stay of the execution of the judgment is denied, but the Appellant may pay the judgment sum into Court, in accordance with Part 33 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts, pending the outcome of the appeal.
