AND UPON reading the evidence in Part C of the Application filed on behalf of the Claimant

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant shall amend the Claim Form by replacing it with the draft Amended Claim Form submitted to the court on 5 May 2014.
2. The Claimant shall file and serve the Amended Claim Form by 4pm on Sunday 11 May 2014.
3. No order as to costs.
