UPON reviewing the consent letter signed by both parties to stay proceedings for settlement negotiations;

AND PURSUANT to the Rules of the DIFC Courts;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Court proceedings shall be stayed from 19 May 2014 to 13 June 2014.
2. The parties shall update the Courts with the outcome of the settlement negotiations by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 15 June 2014.
