UPON reviewing the Court file

AND UPON reviewing the draft Consent Order submitted by the Parties’ legal representatives dated 27 May 2014

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. All further proceedings in this Claim be stayed indefinitely, such stay terminable upon 14 days’ written notice by one party to the other party, or by order of the Court.
2. The Defendant’s agreement to this stay is without prejudice to its right to challenge the Court’s jurisdiction, which may be invoked following any eventual termination of the stay.
3. There be no order as to costs.
