How to use eRegistry – Litigants in Person

The eRegistry site allows anyone to submit a claim form as any time, from anywhere in the world.

In order to file further documents to a case you have started, or in which you are a named party, it is necessary to ask the Court for login credentials. This is so that the Courts can be sure anyone filing documents to the court are if fact a party to the case.

In order to obtain these credentials, please email send an email to cheryl.fernandes@difccourts.ae with the following details:

 

Full name

Address

Email address

Case number and title of any cases at the DIFC Courts to which you are already a party.
