UPON the issue of a Consent Order dated 29 October 2014

AND UPON the Claimants having filed and served a P34/01 Notice of Discontinuance dated 5 November 2014

AND UPON the parties having agreed confidential terms of settlement;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1.         Case CFI-016-2014 Republic of Djibouti & others v Allen and Overy LLP be discontinued.

2.         Each party shall bear their own costs.
