UPON the Enforcement Application ENF 010/2014 filed by the Claimant on 11 November 2014 to enforce the Default Judgment issued in the case CFI 027/2014 on 28 October 2014;

AND UPON the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI 027-2014/4 filed on 10 November 2014 to set aside the Default Judgment issued on 28 October 2014;

AND PURSUANT to Part 4.12 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”);

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The Enforcement Application shall be stayed until the determination of the Defendant’s Application or further Order from the Courts.
