AND PURSUANT TO Part 14.2 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Defendant’s application is granted.
  2. The Default Judgment of Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nassir issued on 28 October 2014 be set aside.
  3. The Defendant shall file and serve his defence (if any) within 28 days after the service of this order.
  4. Costs in the case.
