UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI-015-2014/2 dated 10 December 2014 seeking a Court Order for the Claimant to provide security for the Defendant’s costs in the amount of US$200,000

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s response to the Application dated 30 December 2014

AND UPON reading the relevant material in the case file

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant on 24 February 2015

AND UPON being satisfied that the Claimant has a valid Residency Visa in the United Arab Emirates

AND UPON there being no evidence before me providing a detailed breakdown of the Defendant’s costs to be incurred up to trial

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant’s Application is dismissed.

2. There be no order as to costs.
