AND UPON the Claimant having filed a P34/01 Notice of Discontinuance on 25 January 2015, accepted by the Court on 5 March 2015

AND UPON all outstanding Court fees having been settled on 2 March 2015

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. Case No. CFI-031-2014 be discontinued.

2. Application Notice CFI-031-2014/1 be withdrawn.

3. There be no order as to costs.
