UPON the Order of Justice Roger Giles dated 19 April 2015

AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Application CFI-030-2014/4 dated 15 June 2015 seeking an extension to file its Amended Defence from 14 June 2015 to 21 June 2015

AND UPON the Claimant consenting to the Defendant’s Application

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

  1. The Order of Justice Roger Giles dated 19 April 2015 is varied as follows:

1.1  The time for the Defendant to file and serve its Amended Defence in paragraph 4 be extended by 7 days until 21 June 2015.

1.2  The time for the Claimant to file an Amended Reply, if so advised be varied to 35 days from the date of service of the Defendant’s Amended Defence.
