AND UPON reviewing the Witness Statement of Dr Reyadh Al Kabban in reply to the Claimant’s Application dated 13 July 2015

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 

  1. Witness statements in reply shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Thursday 20 August 2015.
  2. Supplemental expert reports shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Thursday 27 August 2015.
