UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI 021-2015/5 dated 14 March 2016 seeking an extension of time for filing witness statements and reply witness statements (“the Application”)

AND UPON the Claimant consenting to the extension

AND UPON reading the relevant material in the case file

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1.The Application is granted.

2. The parties shall file and serve witness statements by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 29 March 2016.

3. The parties shall file and serve witness statements in reply by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 12 April 2016.

4. There be no order as to costs.
