UPON the parties advising the Court that agreement has been reached between the parties in relation to the Claimant’s Application Notice CFI-012-2016/2 dated 19 May 2016 (the “Application”) to strike out paragraph 35 of the Witness Statement of Paul Harter dated 20 April 2016

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1.The Application be withdrawn and no Order to strike out the said witness statement be made.

2. Costs of the Application be reserved.
