UPON reviewing the Settlement Agreement between the Claimant and the Defendant dated 10 August 2015

AND UPON reviewing the terms of the Consent Order dated 18 August 2015

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Notices to Rectify dated 26 January 2017 and 4 May 2017

AND UPON reviewing the Application No. CFI-019-2015/1 seeking an Order to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 17 May 2017

AND UPON the Defendant not responding to the Application dated 17 May 2017

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.The Defendant pays forthwith all outstanding sums owed to the Claimant/Applicant under clause 2 of the Settlement Agreement including interest.

2. The Defendant pays forthwith the Claimant’s costs of enforcing the terms of the Settlement Agreement including but not limited to the costs of this Application.
