UPON reviewing the Third Defendant’s Appeal Notice dated 1 March 2018 seeking permission to appeal against the Order with Reasons of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 8 February 2018 and the Grounds of Appeal filed on 1 March 2018

AND UPON reviewing the Third Defendant’s Skeleton Argument dated 22 March 2018

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s submissions dated 15 April 2018

AND UPON reviewing all relevant material in the case file

AND in accordance with Part 44 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT permission to appeal against the Order with Reasons of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 8 February 2018 be granted as the requirements of RDC 44.19 (1) have been met on the grounds that the appeal would have a real prospect of success.
