UPON the Claimant’s oral application in the Case Management Conference dated 14 May 2018 to amend his claim in the form of the draft Amended Particulars of Claim

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendants at the Case Management Conference listed on 14 May 2018

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THAT:

1.The Claimant shall have permission to amend his Particulars of Claim in the form of the draft attached hereto by 4pm on 17 May 2018.

a. In relation to the proposed claim in restitution at paragraphs 18 to 20, the Claimant shall insert the following text as the second sentence to paragraph 18: “The factual basis of the claim in restitution is premised solely on the Particulars pleaded for the claim under the Loan Agreement set out in paragraphs 5 to 8 above”.

2. The Defendants shall file and serve an Amended Defence by no later than 4pm on 24 May 2018.

3. Liberty to apply.
