UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Appeal Notice dated 3 May 2018 seeking permission to appeal against the Order with Reasons of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 12 April 2018 (the “Order”)

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s submissions dated 28 May 2018 in response to the Appeal

AND in accordance with Part 44 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT permission to appeal against the Order be granted as the requirements of RDC 44.19 (1) have been met on the grounds that the appeal would have a real prospect of success.
