UPON the Request for Default Judgment made by the Claimant on 2 August 2018 (the “Request”) in accordance with Rule 13.4 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”) it is found that:

1. The Request is prohibited by RDC 13.4 as the Defendant has filed a Defence on 26 July 2018.

ACCORDINGLY IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
