FURTHER TO the Order issued by Justice Sir Richard Field dated 29 January 2018 in relation to the Claimants’ costs in respect of the Jurisdiction Challenge

AND UPON the Claimant Parties having filed a Schedule of Costs and a Notice of Commencement of Assessment of Bill of Costs on 18 February 2018

AND UPON reviewing the request made by the Claimant on 1 August 2018 for a Default Costs Certificate pursuant to Part 40 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “Claimant’s Application”)

AND UPON reviewing the case file

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant’s Application is denied as the Defendant filed the Defendants’ Points of Dispute in relation to the Claimant’s bill of costs filed on 18 February 2018.

2. Costs in the Case.
