IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.The Courts reject the Defendant’s requests 1-5 due to lack of sufficient detail and description and the Defendant’s failure to sufficiently identify the relevance of the requests.

2. Costs in the case.

3. Liberty to apply.
