 UPON reviewing the Claimant’s and the Defendants’ Requests to Produce

AND UPON reviewing the Parties’ Objections to the Request to Produce

AND UPON reviewing the Parties’ Response to the Objections to the Request to Produce

AND UPON reviewing the Parties’ correspondence dated 27 November and 29 November 2018

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.The Defendants shall produce to the Claimant within 14 days the following:

a. Requests 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 13, 18, 22

b. A statement of truth for the following Requests; 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21

2. The Claimant shall produce to the Defendants within 14 days the following:

c. Requests 5, 8, 13

d. The Defendants should provide by no later than 4pm on 5 December 2018 a clarification to the following Requests according to RDC 28.17(1) and (2); 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 14, 15

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
