FURTHER TO the Disclosure Order of Judicial Officer Maha Al Mehairi (the “Order”) issued on 29 November 2018

AND UPON the Defendants’ filing clarifications to its Request to Produce as per the Order on 5 December 2018

AND UPON the Claimant’s filing responses to the Defendants’ clarified Requests on 13 December 2018

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.The Claimant shall produce to the Defendants Requests 3, 4, 7 by no later than 31 December 2018

2. The Defendants’ Requests 14 and 15 are denied.

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
