UPON reviewing the Parties Requests to Produce

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.The First Claimant and Third Party shall produce to the Defendant within 14 days the following:

a. Requests 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18.

b. A statement of truth for the following Requests 1, 2, 3, 19.

c. A redacted version of Request No. 4.

2. The Defendant’s Request No. 8 is denied.

3. The Defendant shall produce to the First Claimant and Third Party within 14 days the following:

a. Requests 1, 3.

b. A redacted version of Request No. 2.

c. Costs in the case.

  8. Information shall be made available to authorised persons as and when required.
  9. DRA’s Top Management is committed towards continual improvement in information security in all our processes through regular review of our information security management system.
