UPON reviewing Application Notice: CFI-030-2018/1dated 24 February 2019 filed by Afridi & Angell Legal Consultants pursuant to Rule 37.2211 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts to come off the record as the Defendants legal representative in these proceedings;

AND UPON reviewing the Witness Statement of Sulakshana Rangajith Senanayake of Afridi & Angell Legal Consultants dated 24 February 2019

IT IS HEREBY DECLARED THAT:

1. Afridi & Angell Legal Consultants has ceased to be the legal representative of the Defendant in the proceedings.

2. Afridi & Angell Legal Consultants shall provide to the Registry, by no later than 4pm on Monday, 4 March 2019, contact details belonging to the Defendant.

3. The Defendant shall pay Afridi & Angell Legal Consultants costs of this Application.
