UPON the Claimant and Defendant agreeing the Defendant’s costs pursuant to the Order of Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nasser dated 27 November 2018

AND UPON the Claimant agreeing to pay to the Defendant USD 72,000.00 in full and final settlement of all of the Defendant’s costs in this matter within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT pursuant to the Order of Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nasser dated 27 November 2018, the Claimant pays USD 72,000.00 to the Defendant in full and final settlement of all of the Defendant’s costs in this matter within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
