DIFC Courts Forms
Users should now file all claims and other case-related documents electronicaly using our e-Registry service. There are the complete set of web-forms required in a Part 7 or Part 8 process. In addition non-structured documents such as witness statements can be submitted to a case using the multi-purpose SS1 form.
Forms completed and submitted online will receive an online acknowledgment of receipt. If a fee is payable, the invoice number and fee will be included in the message. Payment may be made via credit card using the online payment facility.
